We provide software only — scoreboard, statistics, tournament and live streaming applications for snooker, billiards and darts, delivered as websites, mobile apps and subscriptions (together, the “Service”). We do not sell hardware of any kind.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us. By accessing the Service, creating an account, or purchasing any subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account. If you use the Service on behalf of a club, company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” means that organisation.
How we handle your personal information is covered by a separate document. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, how long we keep it, and how you can access or delete it — including the Google and YouTube data involved in live streaming, and how to revoke that access at any time.
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy and nowhere else. If anything in these Terms appears to conflict with the Privacy Policy regarding personal data, the Privacy Policy is the document that applies.You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, for keeping your password and device access confidential, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@revolution.mk if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We are not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, from your sharing of an account, or from access gained through a device you left available to others. Accounts are for the person or club they are issued to and may not be sold or transferred without our written agreement.

You keep ownership of the content you create — match data, photographs, posts, comments and video streamed from your venue. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely so that we can operate and promote the Service. You can end that licence for future use by deleting the content or your account.
You are solely responsible for what you stream, publish or record, and you confirm that you have every right and permission needed to do so. This includes, without limitation:
We provide the technical means to stream. We do not review, moderate, endorse or control what you choose to stream, and we are not the publisher or broadcaster of your content. We may remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any law, but we are under no obligation to monitor it.
Parts of the Service use the YouTube API Services, in two distinct ways:
By using these features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
You can review and revoke the Service’s access to your Google Account at any time from your Google security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The YouTube channel used for streaming is yours. You remain responsible for that channel, for its content, for its monetisation, and for complying with the platform’s terms. We are not liable for videos being removed, restricted, age-gated, demonetised or taken down by YouTube or Google, for strikes issued against your channel, or for any change these platforms make to their APIs, policies or availability.
We aim to keep the applications, live pages and streaming available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages (for example YouTube, Google, app stores, payment providers, your venue’s internet connection or electricity supply) and events outside our control can interrupt the Service.
Live streaming in particular depends on factors we do not control, including your camera, your network bandwidth and the receiving platform. We do not guarantee that any given match will be streamed, recorded, scored or archived successfully, and we are not liable for a missed, interrupted, degraded or lost stream, or for match data lost as a result.
Features are added, changed and occasionally retired as the product develops. We will not remove a core capability you are paying for during a running subscription period without offering an equivalent.
Paid features are sold as subscriptions for a fixed period. Prices are shown before you confirm an order. We use NLB Tutunska Banka as our card processing provider with 3-D Secure; card details are handled entirely by the provider and never reach our servers.
A subscription is provisioned automatically and is active from the moment payment is confirmed. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless the Service states otherwise at the point of purchase; if a subscription lapses, the paid features stop until it is renewed. You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion differences or taxes applied in your country.
We may change prices for future periods. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.
We supply software only. We do not manufacture, sell, ship or rent hardware, and we do not supply tablets, cameras, mounts, cabling, network equipment or any other physical device.
Everything the Service runs on is equipment you buy, own and maintain yourself, from suppliers of your choosing. Choosing suitable equipment, installing it, powering it, connecting it to your network and keeping it working is your responsibility. We are not the seller of that equipment and give no warranty, guarantee or support for it; any warranty claim belongs with the supplier you bought it from. We are not liable for any fault, failure, incompatibility, damage or loss connected with your equipment, or for the Service not performing as you expect because of it.
We publish general guidance on what the Service works with. That guidance is informational, is not a recommendation to buy any particular product, and is not a promise that any device will work in your venue.
Because a paid order is provisioned automatically, a subscription period that has started is not refundable. You may stop using the Service at any time and simply not renew. If you ordered by mistake, write to us the same day and we will do what we reasonably can.
If the Service is unusable because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the unused part of the affected subscription. That refund is your sole remedy in those circumstances.
Nothing in this section removes any non-waivable right of withdrawal or statutory guarantee you may have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.
The Service, its software, design, databases, trade marks, and all original content, features and functionality are owned by OBC RevolutiON DOOEL and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose, and nothing more. No rights are granted by implication.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely and without obligation or compensation to you.
The Service integrates with and links to services we do not own or control, including YouTube, Google, app stores, payment providers and club streaming pages. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, policies, pricing, availability or practices of any third-party service, and providing a link or integration is not an endorsement.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms. We are not liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused by or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, any third-party content, goods or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or course of performance.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be available uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any scores, statistics, rankings, timings or records produced by it are accurate or complete. Match results, statistics and rankings are provided for information only and must not be relied on for official, competitive, wagering or financial purposes. You are responsible for verifying anything that matters.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBC RevolutiON DOOEL, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, income, bookings, business, goodwill, opportunity, reputation or data, however caused, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss.
This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from: a stream that failed, was interrupted or was not recorded; match data, scores or statistics that were lost, delayed or recorded incorrectly; content removed, restricted or demonetised by YouTube or any other platform; unauthorised access to your account; or any suspension, modification or discontinuation of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims connected with the Service or any order is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the subscription concerned in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected, and the limitations above apply only to the extent that law permits.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OBC RevolutiON DOOEL, its directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, demand, proceeding, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: your use or misuse of the Service; your content, streams, photographs or recordings; your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law; your failure to obtain any consent or permission required under Section 5; or your infringement of the rights of any third party.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet, hosting or telecommunications failures, power outages, failures or policy changes of third-party platforms, cyber attacks, fire, flood, extreme weather, epidemic, strike, civil unrest, war, or acts of government.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we reasonably believe your use puts the Service or other users at risk.
On termination your right to use the Service ends at once. Your posts and content may be removed, and paid subscription periods are not refunded where termination follows a breach by you. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Any provision which by its nature should survive termination does so, including Sections 5, 11, 13, 14, 15 and 19.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Skopje, North Macedonia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where mandatory law provides for this.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede any earlier understanding. If any provision is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or transfer of our business.
We may amend these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the moment of your order or use is the version that applies to it. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect, through the app, by email, or by posting on this page. What constitutes a material change is determined at our reasonable discretion. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
